(Sing along: &#8220;I&#8217;m fluent in JavaScript as well as Klingon.&#8221;) <a href=\"http:\/\/SanDiegoCastles.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kris Berg<\/a> snagged an interview with Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman, himself a palpably INTx specimen. We have to sit on her podcast until Thursday, but Kelman&#8217;s confirmation that the brokerage target markets techno-geeks is not an embargoed tidbit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=973\" target=\"_blank\">Kris had a great Redfin post of her own<\/a> as did <a href=\"http:\/\/sandiegohomeblog.com\/2007\/01\/30\/value-or-exploitation\/\" target=\"_blank\">husband Steve Berg at The San Diego Home Blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And: I did geek-seeking missile duty <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=985\" target=\"_blank\">by awarding the first Cheez Whiz Prize<\/a> to a dead-pool destined circle jerk called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.my-currency.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">my-currency.com<\/a>. What did the starving mathematicians say when they stumbled onto a can of beans? &#8220;First we will postulate a can-opener&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But just to establish my own hopeless geek <i>bona fides<\/i>, this week <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=989\" target=\"_blank\">I became the first hopeless geek to write a song about real estate weblogging.<\/a> &#8220;Cathy&#8217;s Clown&#8221; indeed!<\/p>\n<p>But, Dave, I&#8217;m just a wave. I ain&#8217;t the water. So here&#8217;s what else has been going on in the BloodhoundBlog pond:<\/p>\n<p>Investor <a href=\"http:\/\/CookSquared.WordPress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Michael Cook<\/a> took us along on his trip to Greensboro, NC, advising us that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=963\" target=\"_blank\">Time Really is Money<\/a> and asking <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=964\" target=\"_blank\">What makes a good investment?<\/a> He follows up by naming some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=971\" target=\"_blank\">Watchouts for New Market Investing<\/a> and then invites us to consider <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=975\" target=\"_blank\">Bank Relationships vs. Mortgage Brokers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=966\" target=\"_blank\">Googling for Pizza<\/a> Kris Berg takes us on a very straightforward roundabout route through the SEO benefits of real estate weblogging.<\/p>\n<p>Also on the theme of weblogging, <a href=\"http:\/\/BawldGuy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jeff Brown<\/a> argues against the practice of allowing anonymous comments in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=952\" target=\"_blank\">It&#8217;s Time To Take The Lead &#8212; Let&#8217;s Turn The Lights On Now<\/a>. Anonymous commenters are still permitted at BloodhoundBlog, but we&#8217;ve had to put everyone on a very short leash to avoid flaming, obscenity, etc. It&#8217;s common for people to argue that policing comments is &#8220;censorship.&#8221; This is incorrect. Censorship is something that is done by governments.
